2. 25-55298 Recommendation to conclude the hearing and determine that the subject property located at 1508 Orange Avenue, Long Beach, CA, 90805, meets the definition of a vacant lot as stated in the Long Beach Municipal Code 18.29.070(C), the appellant is the owner of the property and uphold the annual administering fee. Suggested Action: Approve recommendation.
